On the top of the Right-Hand Sidebar in the Fluid Designer you can find a Creative Properties and Settings Panel. It shows the key information of your creative and has a button to access other Creative Settings.
Key Information
- When the creative was last saved
- Creative load (size) — shows the K weight of the creative, includes visible elements of the creative ONLY (images that are invisible will not be calculated in the load).
The best practice is to have your ad ≤200KB for the best performance; additionally, when creative size is >200KB it will move from our BASIC billing to PRO and ADVANCED, regardless of the load size for Ad Serving (Deployments).
When your ad is >200KB Exclamation Mark turns red to draw your attention.

- Settings:
- Impression tracker
- Click-through URL
- Universal Settings
- External libraries for Developers
- Access to the Code Editor (Coming Soon)
- Access to the Image Optimization (Coming Soon)
Settings
Note that settings available inside the Fluid Designer (Editor) are only defaults that can be individually overridden via deployments (Learn More). If you don’t have trackers or URLs specific to elements, you can set up a general tracker/URL here (inside the Editor) and skip setting them in deployments. Otherwise, you can leave these fields blank and set everything in a final stage - deployments. Use an approach that works best for your team.
Impression tracker
Impression Tracker is a one pixel placement on your ad that will count each time your ad loads, thus recording its impressions number. It can be set up inside the Fluid Designer (shown here), as well as on the Summary Page in Deployment Settings (Learn More).
Note: Changing this tracker after you have edited the deployment tracker will not update those deployments that have a uniquely defined tracker. This is only good for setup prior to creating deployments.
Click-through URL
Click-through URL is a web address the user will be redirected to when clicked on your ad. Same as Impression Tracker, can be set up inside the Fluid Designer (shown here), as well as on the Summary Page in Deployment Settings (Learn More).
Note: Changing this URL after you have edited the deployment URLs will not update those deployments that have uniquely defined URLs. This is only good for setup prior to creating deployments.
Universal settings
Note that Universal settings shown here are unaffected by deployments (Read More).
If you want to track hover over the whole ad, check this option. When checking hover tracking over the whole ad, individual element hover trackers are disabled, but their state is kept. To re-enable individual element hover tracking, uncheck this option.
External Libraries for Developers
Libraries are needed if you have a developer in your team who can add some extra animation and/or functionality to your creative. There are few Greensock animation libraries and jQuery 2.2.4 available. Check the library you wish to include and write your code in the Code Editor (Learn More).
