Improvements

1. New copy external link settings to the Preview page for In-Page view that is shareable with clients
2. Dev Console some quick polish— shadow added
3. Added the ability to upload SVG the same as images
4. Usability of Creative tile fixed and updated.
5. Performance update when there are more than 5 creative layout variants.
6. Added URL targeting condition to the Conditions table for Variants
7. Added the ability to go to Video Full-Screen mode with new click-trigger for elements ( used with poster)

Bug Fixes

1. Carousel slide bug fixes around text and video cut-off.
2. Media Gallery URL bug
3. Community and My Template conflict bug
