In order to categorize your creative or a template by Type, Format, Category, or unique Features you need to go to the Summary Page.
Go to Summary Page
Creatives

Hover over your creative and click on the Summary Page.
Templates

Hover over the template, click on three dots on the top right corner, find and click on Summary.

Open the Info Modal and click the Summary Button in the lower right corner.

Alternatively, you can access the Summary page from the Fluid Designer by clicking on Deploy & Track.
Details Section
Creatives
Creative Summary page looks like this.
For tagging we will need the Details Section. Click the blue triangle next to the “Details” to open it.
Categories you can edit are:
Ad segment, Agency/Account, Formats Type, Trafficking/Site/App, Ad category, Ad advertiser, Features.
Most important to fill in are: Ad category, Ad advertiser, Features.
Templates
Template Summary page looks like this:
For tagging we’ll need the Details Section. Click the blue triangle next to the “Details” to open it. Template Details are different from Creative Details and has an additional Template subsection, where you can add categories specific to a template.
Template categories you can edit are:
Template Type, User Type, Format Type, Description, Type, Features, Demo link.
Most important to fill in are: Template Type, Format Type, Features.
How to Edit (Tag) Categories (Process)
- Click the pencil icon next to a category to write or edit information.
- This will typically open a drop-down or scroll menu.
- Select the relevant features, source, or any other information category as they apply to your creative or a template.
- Click “Save.”
Use the filter
After your creative or a template has been tagged properly, you can now find it easily in the list under the Creatives or Templates tab by using the filter on the left panel.
